My 32nd @ Tagaytay

Wednesday, January 11, 2012. I praise and thank God for another year added to my life and looking forward experience and appreciate more of His creations.

I'm 32, and my age has finally jumped off the calendar days. Honestly, it's no big deal. I'm glad how God blessed my life. :)

It was Rhea's planned to celebrate my birthday in Tagaytay; We'll try something new but very common, and this is the first time that I'll do the driving. :)

So, we drove to Tagaytay. The weather was not really with us when we left the house, but it smiled to us when we reached Tagaytay and our first stop, Bag of Beans.

Breakfast at Bag of Beans

Bag of Beans coffee shop is not new to us since we always passed by it whenever we go to Tagaytay. It was our first time here, and our experienced was superb. Burp!
I don't know, but I think we are their first customers when we went there, and they allowed us to use their Gazebo (recently, I learned that you can only use the gazebo if you have bought at least P1,000.00 during weekends)
Rhea ordered Omelette while mine was Country breakfast.

It was a superb breakfast but a bit pricey. It would have been more affordable if the coffee is already included in the breakfast meal.

Whenever you go for an occasion or simply in Tagaytay, Bag of Beans is one of the best places to have your breakfast. Burp!

I just learned that they're offering buffet breakfast on weekends only. I think it is worth of a try. :)

The Residence Inn

After a sumptuous breakfast at Bag of Beans, we went to Residence Inn.
The only thing I remember when I first came here was the zoo; I think it was more than 12 years ago.

Well, the zoo is still there but not as much as we expected it.

Rhea and I are both first timers when we tried the ZIP line. It was a little scary for a few seconds, but you'll enjoy it afterwards. :D

As a whole, Rhea didn't actually enjoy her first Residence Inn experienced as she expected it, especially the zoo. She just got tired of walking. As for me, it was nice to be back after how many years. I appreciate the place for picture taking.

I hope I'm wrong, but I think the maintenance was better then.

Lastly, the entrance fee is overrated and they have also confusing entrance fee posted in their booth.  :(

Sonia's Garden

If you are a vegan, you'll definitely love this place.
We had our lunch here, and I enjoy every food that they serve, especially this hot drink (right image; I forgot its name). I hope they will have an unlimited serving of this in the future. :D

They have also bakery wherein you can buy fresh and tasty bread. After we had our lunch, I took the opportunity to take pictures.

Sonia's Garder is a really a nice place and very relaxing.

Thanks Mine for making my 32nd Birthday memorable. :D
